A prayer for one I love...

I was sitting down praying this morning and I felt the Holy Spirit push your name out into the atmosphere.  I sat speaking to God about how you taught me at such a young age to be an overcomer.   I thought about how you stood behind me when others couldn’t see what you could see and you fought for me.  I thought about how you love your family more than any material possession that could be had.  I saw an image of you standing before God singing out, fists in the air, “World I have Overcome You!”  I saw you hand in hand with your Creator and His eyes were telling you, “Well done my good and faithful servant.”  Then almost like rewinding a video tape He showed me you now. Satan had big scales on your eyes.  He had you so confused whispering non-stop thoughts into your ears, words that you had silenced so many times before, but not now.  He had you isolated, nervous, looking over your shoulder, and fearful. I remembered a time that you were able to overcome Satan and stand victoriously over him as he cowered at the power your Creator gave you.  I saw demons sinking their claws into your neck because you took off the most prize possession God’s children own, a robe of blood. Blood from His Son, all that we have and all that we need to walk in dominion over this world.  You took off your robe of blood that Christ gave to you, after He horrifically shed it for you, and the shadows came for you, laughing at you because they knew you did not know who you were, a child of God.

It’s time to stand and finish the race.  It’s time to say enough.  Shed light upon the darkness that you’ve allowed for too long.  Allow God to restore you and all that you’ve ever thought you needed will be given to you and more. This world is a liar and justifies itself, but we are set apart.  Put your robe on daughter, accept it, wear it, and allow the power to absorb into your blood, let it radiate out of your eyes.  The shadows will flee and the scales will hit the floor.  Everything will be revealed when we walk in the fear of our Father.  He loves you and He showed me how much.  Overcome daughter, child of God
